The purpose of Valley Biomedical Services
shall be to provide technical support to the healthcare community. We dedicate
ourselves to the establishment of a corporate model adhering to the highest
ideals, values and principles.
We believe that combining the abilities, talents and resources of
individuals into a corporate entity should not be for the sole purpose of
creating wealth. But rather, such endeavors should be undertaken with the higher
purpose of promoting the welfare of the individuals within the corporate body,
the customers served by said corporation, and the community at large within the
corporation's sphere of influence.
We believe that good corporate citizenship is translated to mean that
corporate principles, causes, and goals exist for the sake of the individual and
the community, and that the individual and community is never to be viewed,
treated, or managed as mere resources or opportunities for the creation of
wealth alone.
We believe that a management philosophy centered on the value, integrity
and sanctity of the employees of the corporation, and the community which it
serves, is superior to all other approaches to commerce.
Finally, we believe that the highest ideals, values and principles available to humankind are found in the revelation of the Holy Bible, reaching its final expression in the incarnation of God's son Jesus Christ, his life, teachings, and sacrifice for humanity. We therefore dedicate our selves, talents and resources as a corporate entity, to the honor and glory of God, and faithful, loving service to our fellow man.
